We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and Metro Nashville-Davidson County. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Digital Check-in & Checkout:

  • Our hotel now offers convenient digital check-in and checkout, so you can come and go with greater ease, and stay focused on your real priority—making the most of your stay. Signature Kimpton Programs:

  • Where can I find coffee in the morning?
    • Complimentary Morning Coffee Service available in the lobby from 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. or a coffee maker can be provided for your room upon request.
    • Specialty coffee options are available in Henley from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. daily.
  • Morning Kick-Start features a "Kimpton Get Up + Go" playlist
  • Evening Social Hour gives you the opportunity to unwind and relax over a glass of wine in our lobby or in the comfort of your room. Available nightly in our lobby from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Kimpton bikes are available on a first come first served basis and will have an additional layer of disinfection with the guest present prior to bike check out.
  • Robes for use during your stay are available upon request if not found in your room. One size fits most with XLT and children’s robes also available.
  • Woodhouse Day Spa is open by appointment only

Parking Services:

  • Valet Parking
    • Available daily 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
    • Valet rate is $42 + tax per night. Available number of valet parking spots is limited, availability cannot be guaranteed.
  • Self Parking
    • $32 per night, in/out privileges available with validation at the front desk.

Housekeeping Services:

  • Our housekeeping service emphasizes contactless service. This means that our housekeeping team will not enter your room for stayover service during your stay UNLESS you request it. You can inquire at the front desk by dialing extension '0' from your phone or text us directly at 615-510-4476 to request stayover service or contactless delivery of towels, sheets or trash pick-up at any time including our "Forgot It, We Got It" items such as a toothbrush or razor. Stayover service is available by requestfrom 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily. Do to the volume of requests, we request a two-hour window of the room being vacant in order to complete service.
  • We have removed certain guest room items (think throw pillows and books) or in some cases made changes to other in room amenities. Learn more about Kimpton's Approach to Clean.


  • In need of a snack or a cold drink? Stop by the front desk to purchase a variety of mini-bar items from our pop-up bodega. Guest rooms on floors 4 through 7 have in-room minibars stocked with a limited selection of beverages as well.

Dining Services:

In-Room Dining:

  • Breakfast and weekend brunch are available from Henley as a to-go option only. In-room dining is available from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. daily.

Concierge Services:

  • Ice machines are available on floors 3, 5 & 7

Fitness Center:

  • The fitness center is open 24 hours a day.

Pool Availability:

  • Our pool has closed for the season as it is located on our rooftop. It will re-open in April.

  • Please visit the front desk for scanning, copy and printing services.

Other Services:

  • In-House Bell services are available Friday through Monday mornings. As an alternative,. We have luggage carts available for your use while on property.
