COVID-19 Safety Protocols

Welcome to Kimpton Aertson Hotel. At this time, we are open and accepting guests.

We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and Metro Nashville Board of Health. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Face coverings are required in all public spaces at our hotels in the Americas starting Monday July 27, 2020.

We have also temporarily suspended the following amenities:

  • Our pool is now open. To maximize access while maintaining distancing guidelines, availability is limited to 14 guests per block of time (1 1/2 to 2 hours). Reservations are strongly suggested. Reservations for the following day will be taken at the front desk beginning at 10:00 am daily. Reservations can only be made in-person (no phone or email requests due to limited availability).   • Valet parking is not currently available. Self-parking is available in the neighboring garage for $28 +tax for 8-24 hours
  • Stay over housekeeping and turndown services are not currently available (trash removal and towel refresh are available upon request)
