We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and Metro Nashville-Davidson County. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Digital Check-in & Checkout​:

  • Our hotel now offers convenient digital check-in and checkout, so you can come and go with greater ease, and stay focused on your real priority—making the most of your stay. Signature Kimpton Programs:

  • Where can I find coffee in the morning?
    • Complimentary Morning Coffee Service available at the Front Desk from 6:00a.m. Until 10:00a.m. or a coffee maker can be provided upon request.
    • Specialty coffee options are available in Henley from 7am to 10am daily.
  • Morning Kick-Start features a “Kimpton Get Up + Go” playlist
  • Evening Social Hour will now offer an opportunity to unwind and relax over a glass of wine or a cold beer in the comfort of your room. Visit the front desk for additional details.
  • Kimpton bikes are available on a first come first served basis and will have an additional layer of disinfection with the guest present prior to bike check out.
  • Robes for use during your stay are available upon request.
  • Woodhouse Day Spa is open by appointment only

Parking Services:

  • Valet parking is currently suspended. The closest self-parking option is the Aertson Midtown Garage. Their parking fees begin at $28+tax for 8-24 hours. Payment is required each time you exit. Upon arrival, the front desk team can provide instructions for accessing the garage from the hotel. Please utilize the porte-cochere to unload/load your vehicle.

Housekeeping Services:

  • To protect the safety of our guests and employees, our housekeeping service is completely contactless. This means that our housekeeping team will not enter your room during your stay. You can also text us directly at 615-510-4476 to request contactless delivery of towels, sheets or trash pick-up at any time including our “Forgot It, We Got It” items such as a toothbrush or razor. Or call our guest services team at extension ‘0’ to speak with a team member.
  • We have removed certain guest room items (think throw pillows, books and robes) or in some cases made changes to other in room amenities. Learn more about Kimpton's Approach to Clean.


  • In need of a snack or a cold drink? Stop by the front desk to purchase a variety of mini-bar items from our pop-up bodega.

Dining Services:

In-Room Dining:

  • In Room Dining is available for guest room contactless delivery 24-hours per day. Menus and hours can be found on your TV in the Guest Services guide. Place an in-room dining order from your guest room phone with the speed button OR by dialing extension ‘0’.

Concierge Services:

  • Looking for ice? You may find an ice machine on the 5th floor. We can also deliver ice to your room. Contact us 615-510-4476 and we’ll take care of the rest.

Fitness Center:

  • The fitness center is open 24 hours a day with a maximum capacity of 5 guests, based on the local health department guidance.

Pool Availability:

  • Our pool will re-open this spring. To maximize access while maintaining distancing guidelines, capacity and hours will be limited. Visit the front desk for pool reservations (24 hours in advance) or additional information. View our pool hours.

Business Center:

  • Please visit the front desk for scanning, copy and printing services.

Other Services:

  • In-House Bell services are not currently available. We have luggage carts available for your use while on property.
